How do I run exe files?

Hi, I am developing an app and I exported it to NW.js. Now, I want to run it on a dedicated server, so I uploaded the file to my webpage. My problem is, when I search mydomain.com/nw.exe the file is downloaded, instead of being run.

Any clue? I already tried zipping the file, but it is still downloaded.

You can’t run .exe files on free hosting.

And is it possible to run .exe files on AWS?

Not sure never used AWS.
