I’ve just change my ftp password(site password) and since then whenever i try to connect through ftp i get 421 home directory not available-aborting error when i try to log in wiht the /files.000webhost.com i get Log in details are not correct while everything is allright.
I already tried to reset permissions same problem though
I am experiencing a similar problem. I can’t access via ftp and the file manager claims that my details are incorrect. There was a similar thread a couple of weeks ago.

any solution so far do i have to do something?
If you guys haven’t uploaded any content I’d recommend hitting settings, general, delete site, make new site and try again.

I had already uploaded a site now after some time it started working again prob some delay when changing password
Sometimes there a five minute delay between changing passwords due to the amount of server usage it can take time in queue.
